Pipian Verde Oyster Mushroom and Nopales Taco Kit

Tortillas, beans, corn, corn mix, pickled pinapple, mushrooms, nopales and peppers, pipian verde, salsa macha.

Thaw in cold water, open immediately, refrigerate and use within 48 hours.

Mushrooms and Nopales/Peppers - Can all be heated in a single pan, but for best results heat mushrooms on medium high stirring often until slightly crisped (3-5 min), remove and then heat nopales and pappers in the same pan at the same heat.

Corn - Heat a skillet on high heat.  Add corn and corn mix and cook, stirring often for 3-5 min (can use the same skillet after removing nopales and peppers).

Beans - Heat on medium heat or in the mocrowave (opened).

Pipian Verde - Best served warm.  Heat on medium heat or in the microwave opened.

Tacos - Heat wrapped in foil in the oven at 350 for 7 min or individually in a skillet on medium heat.  Can also be heated in the microwave in a closed container (to trap steam).

 

Mushrooms - King oyster mushrooms, onions, garlic, avocado oil, nutritional yeast, chili powder, salt, pepper, smoked paprika.  Nopales and pappers - Nopales, pablano peppers, avocado oil, salt, pepper.  Pipian verde - Vegtable stock (carrots, onion, celery, leeks, herbs, salt, pepper), pumpkin seeds, tomatillos, sunflower seeds, pablano peppers, onion, garlic, epezote, oregano, salt, pepper.  Salsa macha - sunflower seeds, chilis, avocado oil, vinegar, salt, oregano, pepper.  Pineapple - Pinapple, water, vinegar, red onion, brown sugar, jalapeno, salt, spices.  Beans - Black beans, water, onion, avocado oil, garlic, cumin, avocado leaf, bay leaf, salt, pepper.  Tortialls - Corn, water, trace of limestone.  Corn - White corn.  Corn mix - Avocado oil, green onion, garlic, cilantro, nutritial yeast, chili poweder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper.
