Amazing dungoness crab flavor with corn and bacon (inspired by Paley's Place award winning crab corn chowder) with aged gouda, fontina cheeses.  Go for a luxurous (and protein rich) vegtable side using the bright vinaigrette over roasted asparagus topped with over-easy or poached eggs and the black truffle pecorino cheese or simply make a simple side salad or roasted veggie dish with the vinaigrette and add the pecorino to the mac'n cheese.

 

For the mac'n cheese we add to the bachamel a flavor packed dungoness crab and corn stock simmered down to intensify its flavor, corn, seared bacon chunks, gouda and fontina cheese and then top with a thick layer of cheese.
