Thaw in cold water, open immediately, refrigerate and use within 48 hours. May be cooked from partially frozen.
Heat a frying pan on medium high. Add spinach and cook, stirring often until hot through and any excess moisture has evaporated (2-3 min). Note - don't continue to cook after moisture has evaporated (will lose brown butter flavor).
